Now the local media has now said what I have been posting on my blog for months. We live in one of the most stable real estate markets in the country. As long as Fort Bragg is still around this community will always have a very consistent market. We may not see the greatest gains like some non-military communities have but when the bubble bursts as it just did. Fayetteville and Fort Bragg will rise from the ashes.
If you are a buyer looking for a new home now is the time to move.
If you are a seller, now is the time to sell as long as your house is priced right.
